RETURNS

Ur Best Deal practices 30 days return policy on all its products to provide the best in class customer service experience to all its customers. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the new condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns should only be sent to the address provided by us during correspondence.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

ORGANIZING A RETURN?

  1. To organize a return, you must first get authorization from us by emailing us at urbestdeal@net-shopping.cominfo@urbestdeal.com or through our website message services.
  2. We will send you a return confirmation Label and RMA (Returns Merchandising Authorization Number), allowing you to return the goods without complication.
  3. Every RMA has an expiry date (30 days from Product Delivery Date) Please ensure returns are delivered to us before RMA expiry to be eligible for a refund.

SHIPPING

  1. Customers pay half shipping services when returning goods depending on the final decision made. Ur Best Deal will pay the other shipping part for an amount equal to or less than $15 CAD.
  2. All returning products must have a valid tracking number.
  3. The customer is responsible for sharing the tracking number with Ur Best Deal once the product is shipped.

REFUNDS

  1. Once a return is received and inspected, customers are notified through email that the return is received.
  2. Any item returned in less than new condition will incur a 50% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount at the discretion of Ur Best Deal. 
  3. A refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days from the day received.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS ( IF APPLICABLE ) 

  1. If you have not received a refund after approval, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

DAMAGED ITEM ( IF APPLICABLE ) 

  1. For products that arrived damaged or cannot be fixed with replacement parts, we will pay for the replacement to be shipped if the damage, shortage, or missed shipment is properly signed for at the time of delivery.
  2. If damage, shortage, or loss is not signed at the time of delivery, we will not cover replacement parts. 
  3. Any damaged parts found while opening the cartons should be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. After the expiry of 48 hours, it is assumed that the product was received in good condition by the customer.
  4. We will provide free product replacement or refund for damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
